First time an immigrant visa [IH-4] was issued since 2004; aunt and uncle from Kentucky adopted their Turkish niece;
First time an immigrant visa [IH-3] was issued from the State of Para in Brazil. Great uncle and his wife from Missouri adopt great nephew through CEJAI.
