Partner Michael Smith, previously named a “Texas Rising Star,” joined Mr. Siebman in being named among the ranks of “Texas Super Lawyers” in 2008, and was named as a runner-up in Texas Lawyer’s selection of the “Go To” Texas counsel for 2012 in the field of Patent Litigation.
