Our Managing Partner Anthony Tong has been appointed as the Deputy Chairman of the Copyright Tribunal of the Government of HKSAR with effect from 1 December 2011. Further and contemporaneous with RBJL’s listing in the Silver Tier of World Trade Mark Review 1000, Anthony Tong has also been listed in the Silver Tier of the individual listings of the same publication for both 2013 and 2014.

Apart from accolades won in the field of Intellectual Property, in 2013 the Office of the Privacy Commissioner for Personal Data (“PCPD”) of the Government of Hong Kong SAR has also appointed us as one of the very few law firms which will undertake work to be assigned under the Legal Assistance Scheme.

In order to support our ever expanding PRC services, we are stationing in our Hong Kong office Hong Kong and PRC qualified lawyers who are brought up and educated in China.
