In 1974, Jerry Rhoads started our law firm in Madisonville, Kentucky. Two years later, his brother Tom joined him, and they formed Rhoads & Rhoads P.S.C. The scope of their practice area at the time focused on representing injured and disabled coal miners but grew into a full-service personal injury firm over time. Rhoads & Rhoads is now one of the largest personal injury firms in Western Kentucky, with two offices housing seven experienced attorneys and an outstanding staff.

We handle all types of injury and disability cases including:

Car Accidents
Truck Accidents
Motorcycle Accidents
Product Liability
Nursing Home Abuse
Wrongful death

We have a reputation throughout Western Kentucky for being aggressive injury attorneys who get results. As a testament to our successes, many of our clients come to us as referrals from former clients or other attorneys. Our attorneys are active in protecting the rights of people in the courtroom and in the legislature. Jerry Rhoads is the former president of the Kentucky Academy of Trial Attorneys (now Kentucky Justice Association) and currently serves in the Kentucky State Senate. Chris Rhoads currently serves as a district vice president and on the board of governors of the Kentucky Justice Association.

The Rhoads family is from Western Kentucky, and our law firm strives to give back to the community we grew up in. We know your life is turned upside down after a personal injury, and we can help you set things straight. Our client relationships are important to us. We will listen carefully to all information presented in your legal matter, discuss your goals and needs, and then we will work tirelessly to develop and implement a unique plan for a resolution to your case.

With offices in Owensboro and Madisonville, Rhoads & Rhoads law firm represents car accident victims throughout Western Kentucky. We offer free initial consultations, and all cases are taken on a contingency fee basis, which means there is no payment required upfront. We get paid only if we win or settle your case, so there is NO RISK involved.
