Creative Solutions to Resolve Complex Family Law and Divorce Matters
Complex divorces and custody matters require a strategy that addresses the unique issues that differentiate a complex case from other cases. Our strategy in complex cases often involves collaboration with experts from outside the field of law, such as forensic accountants and psychologists. The goal of our attorneys in complex cases is to obtain a resolution favorable to our clients in the most efficient manner and to avoid unnecessary litigation, which can often be protracted and expensive. Our diligence and ability to formulate creative solutions has resulted in the successful resolution of many of our complex divorces and custody matters, without the need for expensive trials and the uncertainty that accompanies them. Our trial lawyers are adept at resolving disputes out of court but also provide aggressive representation in the event a matter proceeds to trial.
