The law firm RDP was founded as Röhl • Dehm & Partner Rechtsanwälte by the four partners Christian Röhl, Uwe Dehm, Norbert Geyer and Michaela Berger in 2009.
We specialize in the fields of IP • IT • Control and continually expand this specialization and areas of expertise.
The core area of RDP has always been IP. Here, we are mainly responsible for the protection of intellectual property in all matters concerning large companies and brands. The main focus here is on trademark law, competition law and copyright law.
IT is the contact for IT entrepreneurs and advertising agencies. Questions on the legal requirements for apps, websites, onlineshops and sales platforms are just as at home here as the design of software contracts, project contracts and other IT contracts. In the context of IT legal advice, trademark law, competition law and copyright law are also being integrated across the board as the intersection of IP and IT law is particularly relevant and interesting for advertising agencies.
In the area of data protection, we develop data protection concepts for small and medium-sized enterprises and act as external data protection officers.
In tax law, we mainly advise private individuals, freelancers and small businesses on all tax issues. From payroll accounting and personnel management, through the preparation of balance sheets and tax declarations, we also provide legal advice in the selection of the right company form, company formation and the change of corporate forms.
Our office spaces are located at Moritzplatz 6 in the center of Augsburg. You can reach us easily by public transport, but also by car, there are numerous car parks in the surrounding area.
