I formed the Rafi Law Firm to help individuals in severe personal injury and wrongful death cases get the justice and recoveries they deserve. I began my career at a large well-known defense law firm based in Atlanta, Georgia, and spent years defending large companies in personal injury and other cases. I was fortunate to learn how to practice law from some of the best lawyers in Atlanta and the country. I also learned that, unfortunately, large companies do not always do the right thing. All too often it seemed to me, when companies did something wrong, they would try to pass the blame and hire high-priced lawyers to defend them, rather than simply admitting they did something wrong and trying to make it right.
My Firm is devoted to providing the best possible legal representation to people who need it. We understand and believe that we are in the customer service business. Our clients are our customers, and we are here to serve them. Our clients grant us the privilege of representing them, and we never take that for granted. Relationships
We must understand our clients in order to serve them well. We have represented many injured people, but no two cases are the same because no two clients are the same. Results
Why do we succeed when other lawyers can’t or won’t even try? We believe the simple answer is usually the correct one: we do not have many clients—and that is a purposeful choice our firm has made. The best way to treat clients well is to have fewer clients. The fewer clients we have, the more attention we can devote to each case. And we believe if we dedicate more time, effort, and strategy into each case, then our clients will recover more. There is no magic formula for how much cases are “worth,” but the only way to improve the value of cases is to outwork and out-think the other side—and that is what we promise to do.
We see the same billboard, television, and radio ads you see all across Georgia. You will not see our firm advertising in any of those places. Before we take a case we give fair and honest case evaluations; during cases we keep our clients updated on what is happening and what we are doing to win; and when cases are over, our clients are happy and we are proud of our results.
