Prime Consulting Group began under the name of Malek El-Sayed law firm in 1998 with a handful of lawyers operating throughout Lebanon& GCC, with correspondents in Europe and North America. In 2008, a merger introduced new strategic partners to the firm, and a new branch of the group opened under Prime Consulting (LLC) in The Sultanate of Oman. In 2009, a new branch of the group opened in Syria under the name of Prime Consulting-Syria. It has grown over the years into an international law firm with financial consultancy services. It has developed into a leading litigation firm with expertise in complex cases of all types.
