Attorney Phillip A. Linder was born and raised in Dallas, Texas. His family has extensive ties to the Texas legal community and criminal justice system going back nearly 50 years. He earned his law degree from Baylor University Law School in 1991 and has established himself as a respected litigator who is committed to the success of every case.
Following law school, attorney Linder joined the Dallas County District Attorney’s Office where he spent 3 1/2 years prosecuting criminal cases ranging from drunk driving to attempted capital murder. In 1996, he went into private practice. He is a well-known Collin County criminal defense attorney, handling federal and state cases with equal skill.
