We practice in all types of dispute resolution forums and all State and Federal courts in Florida — in litigation, at trial, and as necessary, in an appellate setting. As part of our practice, we often appear as pro hac vice/local counsel in Florida and other states, and, for nearly a decade, have served as the national coordinating counsel/litigation manager of a Fortune 100 engineering firm.
