My extensive hands-on experience as an entrepreneur and operating executive gives me unique insight into the inner workings of a startup business. I have a passion for small business, generally meaning any business up to $10 million in revenue. I spent eight of the last 10 years starting and working as an executive in business ventures. I know first-hand what it’s like to wear multiple hats, as a Chief Operating Officer, General Counsel and Founder of a technology company selling into mass retail, and an operating executive of an insurance company providing coverage for hard to estimate risks. I understand what’s involved and what it takes to start, fund and grow a small business – I’ve done it.
