Attorney Beth M. Nussbaum works with clients to craft family law solutions privately and without escalation of conflict as a certified mediator and certified collaborative attorney. In addition, Beth provides negotiation-based representation to parties in matters before the Probate and Family Court. Beth also appears regularly before the Massachusetts Appeals Court and has appeared the Supreme Judicial Court as appellate counsel of record in numerous published and unpublished decisions dealing with family law issues.

Beth earned her J.D. from Boston College Law School in 1996 and a B.M. from the Juilliard School in 1988 in violin performance. Prior employment: Smith Lee Nebenzahl LLP, mentor member of the CPCS-Children and Family Law Appellate Panel, Lurie and Krupp LLP, Seiller and Handmaker, CPCS post-conviction panel, Boston College Law School. Previously, Beth was a professional violinist, performing with orchestras such as the Boston Ballet, Rhode Island Philharmonic, Huntsville Symphony, and Alabama Symphony. Before law school and the internet, Beth also worked in prospect research for major universities and a hospital in the Boston area.
