John L. Cipriano Jr.

John is a founding member of the firm and has been a lawyer for 35 years. His areas of practice include Collections, Real Estate, Estate Planning and Probate, and Business Law. His collection practice includes statewide representation of leading companies in the healthcare, banking, and credit union industries. He has lectured to regional creditor and hospital audiences regarding collection practices and laws and has prepared and presented material through Lorman Education Services, a national continuing education provider. John is also a co-author of the book “Connecticut Closing Practice (a Lawyers Guide to Residential Real Estate Closings With Forms)” published by The Atlantic Law Book Company.
