Nagy és Trócsányi was founded as a partnership in 1991, turned into a limited liability professional partnership (in Hungarian: ügyvédi iroda) in 1992, with the aim of offering sophisticated legal services. We continue to seek excellence in a comprehensive and modern practice, which spans international commercial and business law. Our lawyers provide clients with advice and representation in an active, thoughtful, and ethical manner, with a real understanding of our clients’ business needs and the markets in which they operate.
We are the largest, home-grown independent law firm in Hungary, and the only Hungarian law firm operating in New York since 1993, until 2006 at the premises of and associated with Coudert Brothers. The firm’s New York branch has been engaged in the practice of US-Hungarian related law. This gives us a deep understanding of Hungarian and international business and legal issues.
