We are a boutique law firm (four attorneys, one of counsel attorney and two paralegals) which focuses on providing top quality, personalized service to people who need help in the areas of estate planning (including Wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and advanced directives for health care), estate and gift tax planning, estate administration and probate, trust administration, estate and trust dispute resolution, elder and disability related issues, and business succession planning. We also assist with tax controversies, income, employment, estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer taxes. We are located in Alpharetta, which is convenient from nearly all parts of metro Atlanta.
