The Firm was founded on the basis of the experience of its Director, Carlos Antonio Miranda Gumucio, at that time, with 22 years of professional practice in the public, private and academic fields; He dedicated 14 years to establishing and promoting the accredited law firm called “Legal Services”, which was notoriously effective until 2002.
