Milo and Edward Law Union was founded in 2008 with the combination of two independent law firms — Hongde Law Firm and Milo & Edward Law Firm whose establishments were approved by the Ministry of Justice of P.R.C. in 2001 and 2003. Within the Union, lawyers from the two law firms are combined and teamed up, service procedures are standardized and the management has been unified. Milo & Edward Law Union teams up more than 50 lawyers, apprentice lawyers and staff of management, most of whom are graduates from Beijing University, Sun Yat-Sen University and other famous universities and many of them are former Judiciaries, Procurators and Law Professors with long time service experience and accomplishment in law theory.

The area of the offices of Milo & Edward Law Union amounts to one thousand square meters. The Milo & Edward Law Firm locates in China Shine Plaza which is one of the most famous business and financial centers in the Guangzhou and enjoys the business convenience of neighboring CITIC Plaza, China Mayors Plaza and takes advantage of transport convenience of being beside the Rail Way Station East and Metro System; Hengde Law Firm locates in Xiaolan Town which is the largest industry zone in Zhongshan.

With the application of Client resources and social influence accumulated through years of satisfactory service, Milo & Edward Law Union is enforcing its strategy of establishing branch law firms in Shenzhen, Foshan, Dongguan, Zhuhai and Jiangmen and expanding its service from the region of South China to the world.
