Founded in 2004, our firm began when Randy Meincke returned to private practice after serving as an Associate Magistrate Court Judge of Forsyth County. In 2011, Alan Meincke subsequently joined the firm as an associate attorney. In 2014, Alan was named a partner, and we re-branded our firm as it is known today. Our firm has over 44 years of legal experience.

Founding Partner, Attorney Randall A. Meincke
In addition to his work at our firm, Randy is a part-time Associate Juvenile Court Judge in Forsyth County. Randy’s reputation as an honest and well-respected attorney ensures he can be trusted in your time of need. Distinguished Peer Review Rated by Martindale-Hubbell, Randy earned the distinction from the legal community for his legal abilities and ethics.
Born in Queens, New York, Randy and his family moved to St. Petersburg, Florida when he was in grade school. After graduating high school, Randy moved to Macon, Georgia to attend Mercer University. Randy managed his own practice in middle Georgia prior to relocating to Cumming, Georgia in 1996. Randy enjoys spending time in the outdoors and frequently visits the North Georgia mountains. Randy is a Sunday school teacher and choir member at Cumming First United Methodist Church. Randy and his wife live in Cumming.

Attorney Alan H. Meincke
Alan was born and raised in Georgia. As lifelong University of Georgia football fan, Alan rarely missed a game while he earned his BBA and J.D. at UGA. After graduation, he returned to Cumming, Georgia to practice law. Alan has represented numerous family law, probate, and estate-planning clients over his career. He diligently works to either negotiate settlement agreements or litigate cases in court. Alan also represents children as a court-appointed Guardian ad Litem in Juvenile and Superior Courts. While attending law school, Alan H. Meincke clerked for Timmons, Warnes, & Anderson, LLP in Athens, Georgia, and he served as a legal aide in the Office of the Lieutenant Governor for the State of Georgia. Outside of the office, Alan is an avid hiker and a community group leader at North Point Community Church.
