Mark Wilson, Attorney at Law
Our founding attorney, Mark Wilson, began his practice in criminal defense and family law. He has dedicated himself to providing skilled advocacy for individuals in need of legal counsel for nearly a decade. Mr. Wilson has now expanded his practice to include civil, mineral and surface rights, administrative litigation, as well as personal injury cases. He is also dedicated to all matters of appeal. Whether they are defendants or plaintiffs, he is committed to restoring the legal rights of all his clients.
Mark Wilson received his undergraduate degree from Eckerd College on Florida’s Gulf Coast, and his Juris Doctor from Oklahoma City University School of Law.
In 2009, Mr. Wilson was admitted to the Criminal Justice Act Panel for the Western District of Oklahoma. This is a select group of lawyers who are appointed by the Federal Public Defender’s Office to defend individuals who are accused of a federal crime, and are unable to financially retain counsel.
Mark Wilson is admitted to practice in all State and Administrative courts in Oklahoma, the United States District Court for the Western District of Oklahoma, and the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals in Denver, Colorado.
