His experience in criminal law began during law school where Imran had the opportunity to work as a Certified Legal Intern at the State Attorney’s Office, Ninth Judicial Circuit. During that time, Imran prosecuted various criminal matters. Now, he uses that experience to help in the defense of his clients.

Imran has also served as law clerk to Circuit Court Judge Walter Komanski, of the Ninth Judicial Circuit. This experience provided Imran was a unique view from “behind the bench” where crucial experience was gained in how cases are properly presented to the Court and what Judges expect from attorneys practicing in their courtroom.

While in Law School, Imran was selected to the prestigious Moot Court Honors Board where he competed in the Saul Lefkowitz Trademark and Unfair Competition, Moot Court Competition in 2006 and 2007. His performance at the 2006 competition earned him “Best Newcomer” on the Moot Court Honors Board 2006. Also, he was selected to serve as Vice Justice of the Honors Board for the 2006/2007 academic year. In 2007, Imran and his teammate achieved the second best overall brief and oral argument and third best oral advocacy team in the Southwest region of the competition.

Imran has had the opportunity to travel extensively throughout the world including numerous countries in Africa, Asia and Europe allowing him to be able to connect and communicate with people from all walks of life effectively. Attorney Andreas Study – Orlando, Florida

Mr. Study received a bachelor’s degree in History from Florida State University. Upon graduation, Andreas enrolled in law school at Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad Law Center located in Fort. Lauderdale, Florida. While in law school, Andreas was heavily involved in intramural sports at Nova Southeastern University and he helped lead his basketball team to an intramural championship in 2012.
Attorney Neely Peden – Orlando, Florida

Neely was raised near Seattle, Washington. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Western Michigan University. She taught English for several years at Valencia College before pursuing her passion for the law. After receiving her law degree from Barry University School of Law, she enrolled in the University of Alabama School of Law to further study taxation and estate planning.

She resides in west Orlando, and is an active member of the Central Florida Women Lawyers Association, the Orange County Public Schools Teach In program, and the Paul C. Perkins Bar Association. Neely also serves as a Guardian Ad Litem for the Orange County Bar Association.

Nicholas has lived in Florida since he was seventeen years old. After high school, Nicholas joined the United States Marine Corps and served proudly in Operation Desert Shield/Storm. As a result of an injury while serving, Nicholas was medically retired. Nicholas received his bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Central Florida. After several years working for insurance companies as an adjuster, Nicholas attended law school, receiving his juris doctorate from Barry University School of Law in Orlando Florida.

Nicholas is licensed to practice law in all Florida Courts as well as the United States Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims and United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida. In addition, Nicholas is accredited by the United States Veterans Administration to handle all veteran’s disability cases.
