We also represent clients in some criminal cases involving accusations of:
Sexual Offenses
Vehicular Homicide

Financial Crimes
Protecting Our Client’s Future
We are driven by one goal: To protect the futures of our younger generation from their mistakes so that they can achieve their full potential.
The government may have more resources. However, we fight smarter for you.
How do we do this?
We don’t have a one size fits all solution for your problems. We recognize that the impacts of being accused of a crime is different for every person, depending on their situation and their goals. We spend the time to learn how your legal issue is affecting you and your family.
We tailor our solutions to your problem to minimize the impacts your criminal case has on your life, and the lives of your families, in the way you believe is important.
In doing this, we recognize that many of our younger clients also have parents or other family involved in the process. Sometimes the family that is involved and the client have different priorities. In these situations we work to tailor our plan to address everyone’s goals.
Compassionate Representation and Advice
Our role in representing you is not just to fight for you, but to be there to provide you with advice and counsel through the legal process as well as other aspects of your life.
If your case has motions or goes to trial, we spend extra time with you to help ensure that you are mentally and emotionally ready to handle the process. We also explain the process to help eliminate the mystery of the legal system, to help put your mind at ease.
We also strive to provide advice to you, the person, not just you as our client. Sometimes clients have reasons or fears that having their case go to trial would be difficult for them or their families. This may happen in cases where we would expect the best result to come after a trial. We will take these considerations in to account with you to help you make the best decision possible for you and your case.
We provide advice in other areas of your life by trying to help you understand what led you to the situation you are in, and how your decisions can impact your future. We try to make recommendations on changes you can make to avoid future legal problems in your life.
