Overview:
The Shanghai office opened its doors in 2005. Working closely with Asian offices located in Hong Kong, Beijing, Singapore and Tokyo, the Shanghai office represents US, European and Asian companies conducting business in China and throughout the Asia Pacific region, and Chinese companies in their international direct investment activities, mergers and acquisitions, and capital markets transactions. The Latham team includes several lawyers who are fluent in both written and spoken Mandarin and who have received both US and PRC legal education and training.
