Today, KKOS Lawyers assists clients nationwide from offices in Arizona, California, and Utah. Our firm handles business planning, estate planning, tax planning, self directed retirement planning and ERISA, securities law, litigation, government relations, and real estate. We have achieved numerous victories for our clients in Court, in the Utah Legislature, and in advising thousands of clients in their individual businesses and estates. Our firm strives to provide effective, competent counsel at competitive rates. Our firm has attorneys licensed in Utah, California, Colorado, Arizona and Nevada.

Our lawyers include Mark Kohler, CPA Attorney at Law, who is a national speaker on the topics of asset protection, estate, business and tax planning. His most recent book released in 2011, titled “What Your CPA Isn’t Telling You-Life Changing Tax Strategies” is published by Entrepreneur and has received rave reviews for its unique fictional story approach. He is also the national best-selling author of “Lawyers are Liars- The Truth About Protecting Our Assets.” Mark is also a regular columnist for Entrepreneur.com, hosts the weekly live radio show “The Mark Kohler Show” on Blog Talk Radio, and manages our business and tax planning practices.

Our government affairs lawyers are Chris Kyler and Mike Ostermiller. In addition to their association with our firm, Chris serves as the Chief Executive Officer for the Utah Association of Realtors and Mike Ostermiller serves as the Chief Executive Officer for the Northern Wasatch Association of Realtors.
