In several group insolvencies, KÜBLER took over – in addition to the administration of the German holding company – the role of the main insolvency administrator of the foreign subsidiary, whose center of business was located in Germany. KÜBLER´s London office, which was opened in Mayfair in March 2012, serves to maintain creditor contacts and to promote a constructive dialogue with English-speaking creditors. The opening of the office is considered to be a clear commitment to the internationalization of insolvency proceedings.
