Steven Kokensparger is certified by the Ohio State Bar Association as a Family Law Specialist and Corinne Ryan has been serving the community for over a decade in a practice limited to family law and adoption cases.Our clients are husbands and fathers, wives and mothers, children, step-parents, grandparents, and other relatives. They are small business owners, self-employed, active military, and their spouses. Our attorneys have experience in handling divorces involving multi-million dollar estates and divorces involving bankruptcy and debt issues.Our attorneys are experienced and knowledgeable with regard to father’s rights issues, issues concerning economic disparity in income for mothers following divorce, seniors in late-life divorce cases, and cohabitation agreements and adoption issues for LGBT couples.Although clients often believe they are alone in their particular set of circumstances, the vast majority find that our attorneys have experience handling other cases involving the very same issues.
Our mission
Our mission at Kokensparger & Ryan is to help good people get through difficult family crisis by protecting their rights in Ohio divorce, adoption, and high conflict custody litigation.Often, our cases involve complex financial divorce issues, as well as high conflict divorce custody litigation, non-parent custody actions and child custody cases involving such complex issues as parental alienation, abuse, neglect, dependency, alcohol and drug abuse. We work tirelessly to resolve complex legal issues and achieve the short and long term goals of our divorce and custody clients.
