KDAO was originally established over thirty years ago as Stitt and Klein. Since its inception, the firm has grown to include four partners as well as twelve associate attorneys and support staff. What has remained the same throughout the years though is a commitment to provide excellent counsel and representation to our clients. It is due to that commitment, the confidence we earn, and the confidences we keep that has helped us to establish and maintain long-standing and loyal relationships with our clients.
Today, KDAO is managed by our four partners, Joseph J. Klein, Stephen G. Daday, Michael G. Aretos, and Timothy J. O’Donoghue. Our associates have diverse backgrounds and experience that enables our firm to represent our clients in different areas of the law as well as in different forums. We have experience in state and federal courtrooms, in administrative hearings, in conference rooms, and before professional boards.
