Kancelaria Adwokacka Lukasz Marciniak LLM is a Law graduate of the University of Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań and the “German and Polish Law” course at the European University Viadrina in Frankfurt (Oder) (Germany).Studying Polish, German and international law abroad, he has gained the ability to look at problems from different points of view and to find a creative way to solve them.
In addition, thanks to internships in Polish diplomatic missions at various important international institutions (European Union, Council of Europe and the United Nations),he learned not only the legal aspects of their operation and the creation and application of the law established by these bodies, but also how the functioning and decision-making in large multicultural organizations and conducting negotiations aimed at finding a satisfactory consensus page.
Attorney Łukasz Marciniak LL.M. is also interested in matters related to criminal law, resolving cross-border disputes, servicing medical entities, representing doctors in disputes with patients, protecting privacy or matters related to the stay and employment of foreigners.
