NO MONEY DOWN BANKRUPTYCY OPTION!!!

For the majority of bankruptcies that I file, I charge no attorney fees up-front. My attorney fees are paid over time AFTER the bankruptcy case is filed. The client is only required to pay the court filing fee and the credit counseling class fee prior to the case being filed. The zero down bankruptcy option is for the Chapter 13 bankruptcy option. Some people are afraid of doing a Chapter 13 case, but for most people this option makes sense. Some benefits for doing a Chapter 13 include:

You don’t have to save up a large lump sum (often $1,300-1,500) before you file.
You can stop foreclosures and get repossessed vehicles back if you act quickly.
You can stop a garnishment as soon as you file the case.
