A Personalized Approach to Family Law
At my law practice, John L. Quigley, Jr., P.C., I help my clients navigate serious and often painful family law problems.
I guide them through the divorce process. I represent them in interstate, contempt and child support matters. I seek to achieve workable child custody and visitation solutions that allow my clients to enjoy enriching and satisfying relationships with their children.
In addition to my work in the family law area, I also provide certain estate planning services, and work to obtain compensation for victims of negligent acts.
With over 20 years experience as a lawyer in all types of divorce and family law cases, I believe that non-confrontational process emphasizing communication, interest-based negotiation and mediation can often resolve family law problems. But when it is necessary, I am often told that I become a different person in the courtroom — a tenacious advocate determined to succeed for my client.

My offices are located in a large Victorian home rather than a faceless modern office building. This is by choice, not by accident. My building embodies my approach to law. I believe that each client’s problem and needs are unique — and being unique, require a customized solution.
I will take the time to understand your situation, your fears, and your hopes for the future. I will then seek to obtain the result that is right for you. Throughout the legal process, I will provide you with personalized service, ready access and timely updates regarding the status of your case. When you call with questions or concerns, if I am not available, I generally respond, if not within a couple of hours, certainly by the end of the business day.
