oe D’Andrea is a seasoned and aggressive criminal defense attorney with offices in Scranton, Stroudsburg, and Dunmore, Pennsylvania. Throughout his career, Attorney D’Andrea has always focused on the practice of criminal law; first serving as a Lackawanna County Assistant District Attorney, and then establishing a private law practice dedicated to defending the rights of the criminally accused.

He commonly practices in Lackawanna, Luzerne, Wayne, Pike, Monroe, Wyoming, and Susquehanna Counties, but is willing and able to travel to all other counties in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Furthermore, Attorney D’Andrea also maintains an active federal criminal defense practice in the United States District Court of the Middle District of Pennsylvania, as well as, several other federal jurisdictions throughout the country.

Attoney D’Andrea has represented thousands of individuals during the course of his twenty-five year career. He is an experienced trial attorney who has litigated matters ranging from Capital Murder trials to minor summary offenses in the Courts of Common Pleas, Federal District Courts, and Magisterial District Courts.

Attorney D’Andrea received his undergraduate degree from the University of Scranton, and subsequently received his Juris Doctor degree from the Catholic University of America. After graduating from Catholic University, he successfully sat for and passed the Bar Examinations of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the State of New Jersey. Moreover, Attorney D’Andrea regularly attends conferences and seminars, in order to hone his skill set and keep abreast with the most recent developments in the criminal law and criminal justice system and is a Life Member of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.

Attorney D’Andrea began his legal career in 1985, where he practiced as an Assistant District Attorney in Lackawanna County for two years. Since 1987, he has been a sole practitioner and has exclusively practiced in the area of criminal defense.
