Overview:

Jingshi Law Firm, the former Inner Mongolia Economic Law Firm, established in 1985 with the approval of Chinese Ministry of Justice, is the first specialised legal institution in Inner Mongolia.

In 2002, we converted to a partnership.
Jingshi law firm, headquartered in Beijing, was found in 1994. As one of the earliest law firms established in China, Jingshi law firm is also approved by the Ministry of Justice of the People’s Republic of China authorized to be engaged in securities affairs. May 2014, after an increase of registered capital of 30 million yuan, Jinshi law firm relocated on the third floor of Beijing Chenggongmei masion in CBD, owning the use rights of more than 10,000 square meters of modern office environment for 18 years.

The method of managing Jingshi’s branches is direct investment and supervision. The Tianjing branch has already been built and it intends to build Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Chongqing, Qingdao, Xiamen, Shenyang, Kunming, Chengdu, Wuhan, Nanjing, Hefei, Dalian, Hangzhou, Ningbo, Jinan, Harbin, Hohhot, Changchun, Lhasa, Hong Kong, Taiwan and other 31 domestic branch, New York, Los Angeles, Paris, London, Berlin, Sydney, Brazil, Singapore, Tokyo, Seoul, Vancouver, Moscow and other 12 international offices.
