Jiangsu FD Yongheng Law Firm is a large partnership law firm created through the merger of Nanjing FD Law Firm, Nanjing Yongheng Law Firm and Jiangsu Zhengda Law Firm of Law School of Nanjing Normal University. It opened in January 1980 when the national lawyer’s system was recovered, making it the first law firm in Nanjing, Jiangsu.

There are altogether 89 licensed lawyers including 5 first-grade lawyers, 9 second-grade lawyers, 7 law professors in Nanjing Normal University, 8 assistant professors. Most of them are bachelors of law and higher, containing 10 doctors, 2 enrolled doctors, 14 masters, 5 enrolled masters. Besides, there are 28 lawyers who furthered their study in, America, Europe, Hong Kong, etc. More than half of the lawyers worked more than ten years in the field.
