JC Master was founded in 1987; presently comprised of over 30 lawyers, of which eight are partners. Our firm has two offices, one in Nanjing, Jiangsu Province, and another in Shanghai.

Approved by the Ministry of Justice of the People’s Republic of China, and the China Securities Regulatory Commission, our Firm has been granted securities qualification with the issuance of Certificate No. 20064.

Most of our legal professionals graduated from well-known law universities in China; many of them have studied abroad, and have obtained working experience in well-established law firms there.
