Since 1991, our founding attorney, Mark Handley, has focused his entire legal career on the practice of IP law. Throughout his more than 20 years registered to practice before the United States Patent & Trademark Office, he has established a record of success helping clients across Texas and the United States.
Prior to attending law school, Mark graduated with a mechanical engineering degree from Texas A&M University. He then gained nearly a decade of practical experience as an engineer. His time spent working in oil field services and electronics manufacturing and assembly industries, including defense electronics, allows him to understand a broad spectrum of complicated technology.
