Andy Hamilton, Steve Westby and Michael Antonowich founded the firm in 1995. Prior to founding Hamilton, Westby, Antonowich & Anderson, they were partners in the large downtown firm of Neely & Player. Our firm was born from recognition that a small firm dedicated to providing the highest quality legal service allows us to provide what our clients want most: successful results, personalized service and value.
Consistent with our business model, over the last decade the size of our firm has gradually increased as our business has grown. We are committed to ensuring that our clients are unconditionally satisfied with our service, advice and long-term commitment to client care. We pride ourselves on being tough litigators who are always aware of the cost/benefit facet of litigation.
We are particularly proud of our representation of business owners, employers, insurers and third party administrators throughout the Southeast. From contract review to employment issues, to workers’ compensation defense and commercial litigation matters, we provide “silk-stocking” service at a small firm cost. Our list of clients has increased substantially and continues to increase as a result of recommendations and referrals by our current clients.
