Apart from banking, real estate and litigation work, which have always been the backbone of our services, we are particularly noted for our cross-border legal services between Hong Kong and China. Our China Practice began as early as 1979 and work includes joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, project financing, “B” and “H” share listing, trade mark and patent registration, arbitration and dispute resolution.

In providing such cross-border services, all of our lawyers are conversant in both Chinese and English languages and this will ensure greater accuracy in documentation and efficiency in delivering our services in a cost effective manner.

We have eight China-Appointed Attesting Officers, who can assist clients in preparing and notarizing their documents accepted for use in China.
