Since the establishment of our firm in 1982, our steady expansion has taken us into Mainland China and Japan. We have a branch office in Tianjin and a liaison office in Tokyo. Our size gives us the depth to competently handle substantial and complex matters without communication and bureaucratic hindrances. Our principal task is to assist our clients to achieve their goals.

We advise on the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Most of our lawyers are fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese in addition to English. We also maintain a strong Japanese practice serving our Japanese clients both in Japan, Hong Kong and Mainland China through our Japanese partner and staff.
