I am Terry Fawell, and I have practiced in family law exclusively since 1980 from my law office in Wheaton, Illinois. My firm handles a variety of family law issues such as divorce, child custody and visitation, child support, paternity, guardianship, and stepparent adoptions.
Experience is important in a family law case. Nobody wants to go to court not knowing what to expect. I have good working relationships with most of the attorneys who handle family law cases in DuPage, Will and Kane counties, which aids in the negotiating of settlements and can help keep the process civil. I am also familiar with many of the local judges, and I can use that familiarity to anticipate how they might rule in your case.
I am also proud to be joined in practice by attorney Alex Fawell, who handles all the firm’s criminal law, traffic law and DUI cases.
