EXLAW was initiated by Kingward Gan, a senior foreign-related attorney as well a partner of Cenlaw & Partners, providing comprehensive legal solutions to multinational and Chinese clients in a broad range of international legal services.

EXLAW is in possession of a professional attorney’s team. Our attorneys received their LL.M and/or LL.D from the law schools of famous universities. Most of the attorneys are from famous law firms and courts home and abroad.
