Eastern Intellectual Property (hereinafter as “Eastern IP”) was lawfully authorized by the Administrative Bureau of Industry and Commerce of the People’s Republic of China to handle trademark and other intellectual property related matters both within China and overseas.Beijing East IP Ltd. was founded by Dr. Gao Lulin, former Commissioner of the State Intellectual Property Office (SIPO), and a group of experienced Chinese and international attorneys in order to provide top quality intellectual property services.
Beijing East IP Ltd. is registered with the State Intellectual Property Office (SIPO) as a patent prosecution firm. Together with Beijing East IP Law Firm, which is registered with the Justice Department of the People’s Republic of China as a Law Firm and also found and presided by Dr. Gao, we are able to offer a complete set of intellectual property services ranging from patent prosecution, trademark application, intellectual property rights protection and enforcement, to the representation of multinational companies in the handling of their intellectual property related issues and complex litigations in China.
