EXPERIENCE. I have been practicing law in Utah County for over 35 years and have been helping clients get Social Security and SSI benefits for over 28 years, longer than any other attorney in Utah County and longer than all but three other attorneys in the entire State of Utah, to my knowledge.
PERSONAL SERVICE. I will give you my direct desk line. When you call I answer the phone and you talk directly to me, not a secretary, paralegal, case manager, or junior attorney. You can call me directly anytime to talk about anything. I also respond to all emails and even make house calls. I will personally handle every aspect of your case. I will meet with you personally several times to review your evidence and teach you how to create it and preserve it to maximize your chance of success. After personally reading all of your medical records I will submit a brief to the judge before your hearing summarizing your records as well as my arguments why you should win. Then I will meet with you again just before your hearing to review your testimony so that I can help you tell your story in the best way possible at your hearing.
KNOWLEDGE. I belong to the National Organization of Social Security Claimants Representatives and the Utah Association for Justice Social Security Section as well as the Central Utah Bar Association and attend seminars and other training opportunities through all of those organizations to keep up on the latest changes in the law and procedures as well as tactics and strategies for disability cases.
LOCAL. I have lived in Orem most of my life and have practiced law in Provo and Orem for over 35 years.
