David M. Lederman is one of only a handful of attorneys in Contra Costa County to have the distinction of being a specialist in family law as certified by The State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization. He has broad experience handling divorce cases from simple to the most complicated. He has also successfully handled numerous child custody cases involving disputed interstate jurisdictions, as well as Hague Convention cases.
Mr. Lederman is the 2016 State Bar of California Family Law Section vice-chair, and previously he served as legislation chair. He has also served as the Contra Costa County Family Law Section president and is the current Association of Certified Family Law Specialists technology director. He also speaks Mandarin.
