Having spent several years as an Assistant State’s Attorney in DuPage County, Attorney Dion U. Davi has extensive courtroom experience, which he brings to every client’s case. A seasoned litigator, Mr. Davi understands how to properly present a case to the Court and optimize a client’s legal defense. He has extensive experience advocating from the State’s prospective and can use this knowledge to effectively advocate for his clients’ rights and interests. Mr. Davi is actively involved in the legal community and well respected in and out of the courtroom. He was elected to the boards of directors for both the Illinois State and DuPage County Bar Associations, selected as a Super Lawyers Rising Star for four consecutive years (2010-2013) and a Super Lawyer in 2015 and 2016 and appointed to The National Advocates Top 100 in 2015
Adam C. Gynac joined Davi Law Group, LLC in 2013. A seasoned family law trial lawyer, Adam Gynac has extensive practice experience in all aspects of domestic relations advocacy. Adam Gynac has successfully litigated a large number of divorce, custody and paternity cases throughout the Chicago area for the past five years. Mr. Gynac is a certified and court appointed mediator and uses these skills to amicably settle his cases. While he always hopes to be able to resolve his clients’ issues amicably, if possible, Adam Gynac is also an aggressive courtroom lawyer who can be a fierce advocate for his clients when in front of a judge. When not in the courtroom, Adam Gynac has also taught a number of law-related college classes as an adjunct professor, including teaching night classes in criminal law; criminal procedure; business law; business ethics; and corrections.
Sooha Ahmad joined Davi Law Group, LLC as an associate attorney in spring 2015. A New Jersey native, she spent a semester in law school interning in the Pennsylvania Family Law Clinic where she represented indigident clients on child support and custody matters. Upon graduating in 2012, Ms. Ahmad completed a judicial clerkship for the Honorable Francis J. Vernoia, Presiding Judge of the Criminal Division in the Superior Court of New Jersey. During her clerkship, she also served as a civil court mediator. Since moving to Illinois in 2013, she has practiced primarily family law and represented clients in dissolution and visitation matters. She is passionate about resolving her clients’ matters amicably. Ms. Ahmad is a member of several professional organizations including the DuPage County Bar Association, the Inns of Court (Illinois and New Jersey), the American Bar Association, the Illinois State Bar Association, the DuPage Association of Women Lawyers, and the Chicago Bar Association. In March 2015, she was a rookie cast member in the DCBA’s annual Judges Night Show which benefitted the DuPage Bar Legal Aid Service. Sooha is admitted to practice in both Illinois and New Jersey.
Pierina “Rina” Infelise joined Davi Law Group, LLC in August 2015. Before joining the law firm, she was a Cook County Assistant State’s Attorney prosecuting criminals on counts of attempted murder, aggravated battery, armed robbery, aggravated DUI, and more. Ms. Infelise also has extensive experience working with victims of domestic violence and sexual abuse, serving previously at the Banch 66 Homicide & Sex Unit and Domestic Violence divisions of Cook County. Ms. Infelise maintains active memberships throughout the local legal community with organizations such as the Illinois State Bar Association, DuPage County Bar Association, Illinois Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, and Justinian Society of Lawyers. She is fliuent in Italian and proficient in Spanish. In 2005, Ms. Infelise graduated from The John Marshall Law School (Cum Laude).
Nancy Kasko joined Davi Law Group in 2014 as a Law Clerk/Paralegal and in the winter of 2015 as an Associate Attorney. Prior to joining Davi Law Group, Ms. Kasko was a teaching assistant at the John Marshall Law School. She is also a CCR certified mediator and spent a semester resolving civil disputes in Cook County. Ms. Kasko is passionate about the practice of family law and uses her mediation skills to help clients amicably resolve their disputes. Ms. Kasko is an active member of the Illinois State Bar Association, DuPage County Bar Association, Chicago Bar Association, Kane County Bar Association, The DuPage Association of Women lawyers, and Phi Delta Phi Legal Honors Society.
