Dan, Sams & Associates was established in 1999, and now has set 4 offices in Ningbo, 1 office in Jinhua and more than 10 local small-medium IP associated firms. Our firm structure includes divisions, including divisions of patent, trademark, PVR, foreign filing (int’l), litigation, administrative & client service. With more than 70 staff members, a team comprising of dedicated, experienced, qualified, and highly competent attorneys and supporting staff, our firm can carry out the work of Intellectual Property in China.
Our patent attorneys’ practicing fields cover pharmaceutical, biotechnological, electrical, communication, chemical and other corresponding technical fields for all patent works. Our practice does not only offer agency service for patent, trademark, copyright, custom surveillance and plant variety rights (PVR), but also provides researching, strategy planning, value assessment, and licensing, consultation service corresponding to Intellectual Property Rights (IPRs). Our firm was awarded as ‘Top 10 Patent Firm’ in Zhejiang Province from 2007 – 2010 and is designated as Sole Patent Agency in Yinzhou District, Beilun District and Yuyao City by local governments.
