Jakub Czarnecki is an attorney at law. He specialises in commercial law (including international trade law), corporate, civil and tax law, as well as issues related to unfair competition, copyright, e-commerce and labour law. He has extensive experience in providing legal services to business entities which he has acquired while working in prestigious law firms in Łódź and Warsaw. In 2014, he was appointed to the Supervisory Board of Technopark Łódź. In 2008, he completed postgraduate studies in the German Law School organized by the University of Munster. He was a scholar of the Socrates/Erasmus programme at the University of Göttingen (2005-2006). He speaks fluent English and German.
