Overview:

ConSoLex is a boutique firm where we are majorly concerned with our client’s legal compliance in intellectual property rights (trademark, patent, GI), commercial contract drafting and negotiation, cross country immigration, medical law, indirect taxes, and labor Law. Registered in Nigeria to engage in general legal practice in January, 2006. Consolex Legal Practitioners is the product of the successful merger of three established but diverse law firms: Albert Akpomudje SAN & Co., O. Omo-Eboh & Co., and Ukpong & Omotoso.

A. Akpomudje SAN & Co., a core litigation firm with Albert Akpomudje, a Senior Advocate of Nigeria (SAN) as the principal partner. O. Omo-Eboh & Co., a practice focused on Maritime, Insurance, Finance and Arbitration. Ukpong & Omotoso is a Commercial law firm offering services in the traditional commercial law practice areas and also in the areas of Oil and Gas, Foreign Investment and Commercial Litigation.

Consolex is a response to a constantly evolving business environment, which has resulted in increasing demand for creative, sophisticated and specialized legal services.

Apart from the expansion of legal expertise in the Firm, there is also access to new geographical capabilities. The firm has offices in five of Nigeria’s major cities namely; Abuja, Lagos, Port Harcourt, Uyo and Warri. No other firm has the same geographical reach.

Consolex is structured on a general partnership basis. The collaboration of the component firms in previous assignments and familiarity of the partners have resulted in a cohesive and harmonious structure. We are a focused firm but have not organized the firm along rigid departmental structures. Rather, we configure teams according to each client’s needs.

Our practice is to afford the benefit of the knowledge and experience of every Consolex lawyer to every client. The Consolex environment ensures full concentration on providing service that is technically sound and commercially expedient.
