Our Story ∙ Collis, Smiles + Collis, LLC
In 2004, attorneys Todd and Beth Collis founded the law firm of Collis & Collis, LLC, on the principles of integrity, communication and service.
The following year, Terri-Lynne B. Smiles joined the practice, and the firm was renamed Collis, Smiles + Collis, LLC. Terri brought a well-known background and experience in health care and nonprofit law to the firm. In 2012, Terri retired from the practice of law.
In 2013, Melissa J. Mitchell joined the firm. Melissa brought numerous years of experience in health care, privacy, and employment law. Among Melissa’s notable legal accomplishments, Melissa served as General Counsel to Franklin County Children Services.
Throughout their careers, our lawyers have built valuable, long-term relationships with our professional and business clients, while bringing their backgrounds in government representation, and mid-sized and large firm know-how to bear on every case.
