Overview:

Beiten Burkhardt is a leading independent German law firms that provides comprehensive commercial law advice to medium-sized companies, major corporations and industry groups as well as the public sector.
Every acquisition, every contract and most litigious disputes involve more than one legal field. That is why our lawyers are highly specialized in their respective practice areas, but work together in teams with colleagues from other fields and offices.

We offer comprehensive advice through our German network of 5 offices as well as internationally, especially in Eastern Europe, China and in Europe’s administrative capital, Brussels. In other important markets we cooperate closely with internationally active law firms, from whom we expect the same standards of quality as we set ourselves.
This ensures that our clients will receive excellent legal advice and the highest level of service throughout the world. Our service is fast and reliable and that one of our partners will always be at hand to advise you personally at all times. Our fees are naturally performance-oriented and transparent.

Since 1995, our national and international team in Beijing has been actively advising on cross-border investment projects, Mergers & Acquisitions transactions and the acquisition, sale and use of real estate.

We assist with all aspects of day-to-day business and with the formation of companies, providing advice on restructuring and clarifying all issues related to labour and employment, tax, commercial law and environmental law as the need arises.

Strong contacts to State authorities and European and international organizations and institutions enable us to effectively contribute to the success of our clients’ projects. Our clients include both, medium-sized companies and multinational groups. We have particular experience with automotive companies and their suppliers, manufacturers of chemical plants, mechanical engineering and railway companies, with the hotel industry and with renewable energies.
On the flip side, we provide support to Chinese investors for their activities in Germany. Together with our German colleagues, we advise on issues such as the acquisition of German companies and listings on German stock exchanges.
