BC & Associates is a corporate, commercial and intellectual property law firm in India.BC Johnson Associates provides decades of seasoned experience in the specialized areas of Energy Loss Adjusting and Energy Risk Consulting.

Bryan C. Johnson, President, (B.S. Petroleum Engineering, M.B.A.) founded the firm in April 2002, after spending eighteen years at Rush Johnson Associates and Charles Taylor Consulting. In May 2003, the firm began accepting Energy Loss Adjusting assignments, while continuing to service the Energy Risk Consulting needs of our clients. Shortly thereafter, and in an effort to provide a full range of efficient and responsive services, Bob J. Kachnik (B.S. Petroleum Engineering, M.B.A.) and Rodney J. Winkler (B.S. Petroleum Engineering, M.B.A.) joined the firm, bringing with them many years of experience in oilfield operations and international energy loss adjusting.

The firm has grown to include other veteran adjusters and claim assistants, as well as a complete administrative staff. Specialized contractors are also utilized on an as-needed basis. The Staff section of our site provides a listing of our associates, and the skills they bring to our firm.

In 2011, BC Johnson Associates joined with York SLA (Specialized Loss Adjusting), a division of York Risk Services Group, Inc. (www.yorkrsg.com), which allowed us to further expand the global reach of our services. In 2012, York acquired Axis International, which expanded the network of energy claims professionals available to our customers and extended our reach to numerous countries in Latin America and the Caribbean, and eventually in other energy locations around the globe.

BC Johnson Associates has offices in Manvel, Texas, located approximately 13 miles due south of the business district of Downtown Houston, Texas. We are actively servicing Energy Loss Adjusting and Energy Risk Consulting clients.
