She is Board Certified in Criminal Law, she is a Member of the Texas Trial Lawyers Association, she is a graduate of the prestigious Gerry Spence’s Trial Lawyers College, and frequently attends his graduate courses in Wyoming. Heather is the Past President of the Collin County Criminal Defense Lawyers Association. She is also an elected Board Member for the Texas Criminal Defense Lawyers Association, and serves on two committees. She is also a member of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. Heather is admitted to practice in Texas courts, as well as the Eastern and Northern District Courts. She has extensive trial experience that spans both State and Federal courts.
